General
 
  • Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided.
  • Products will only be shipped once full payable amount reflects in Hipkicks account.
  • Delivery time may vary from 1-3 days on average. Orders placed before 10am on Monday to Friday usually dispatch the same day. 
  • Hipkicks will provide a tracking number for each order via Email.
  • Shipments go out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Any order with incorrect or incomplete billing or shipping information will be delayed.
  • All products sold by Hipkicks are 100% authentic. 
  • All transactions will be acquired for Hipkicks via PayFast, for more information about their security policies please go to: https://www.payfast.co.za/ 
  • Hipkicks does not store or have access to card details entered by the client on PayFast secure site.

 

Return Policy
 
  • Returns and or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • All goods returned must be unused, in the same condition and provided with undamaged original packaging as received in.
  • In the event of ordering incorrect size, the customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred. 
  • In the event of a return due to an error on the side of Hipkicks, shipping cost will be covered in full by Hipkicks.
